Our professional Window and Door Service was acquired working for one of the largest building supply companies in the U.S., Seigles / Stock Building Supply. Although they are currently not active in the Chicago market, during thier tenure they installed and serviced thousands of windows, and doors mainly in new construction projects. When a top quality builder such as Kimball Hill, Lennar, or Orleans Homes (just to name a few) started a 200 – 300 home project, we were there from start to finish. We have felt the pressure, and met the challenges of a JD Powers Customer Satisfaction Survey, or the strict 'Move In Ready' construction inspections set by the builder in order to have a new homeowner signoff on the quality they were promised.

· We have techs working for us that have been involved in the manufacturing of doors, in this regards, we can adapt to many situations.
· We know the importance of quality, and professionalism when we go on Service Calls. When a new homeowner contacted the Warranty Department for an issue, we went on the prearrainged service, 'on time', 'with proper product', and 'using protocol that made sure the homeowner was satisfied with the way we conducted ourselves' at thier New Home.
· Our 'Vendors Relations' can help you with warranty issues, or getting replacement parts.
· We are honest. When we go on an inspection we will tell you to the best of our ability what it will take to complete your Service. We have been on thousands of services, we've probably seen it all.
